East Coast Lobster!

For the third week of August my sister, grandma and I travelled to the East Coast of Canada to see my Maritime Family!

My Uncle Steve and Aunt Judy (who are foodies themselves) spoiled us with a huge fresh lobster feast.  I had to share some of these photo’s!

We had mussels in a white wine and cream sauce to start, and finished with a 3lb lobster with garlic butter for dipping!  The claw of my lobster was the size of my hand and unbelievably delicious!
