My Spin on Spin Dip!
What you need:
- 1 block cream cheese - room temperature
- 1/2 package of frozen spinach
- 1 can artichokes
- 1 cup grated Asiago Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Chili Flakes
How to make it:
- Preheat over to 375.
- Combine Cream Cheese, Spinach and Artichokes in a bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup of Asiago Cheese, salt, pepper and as many chili flakes as you wish and stir until all ingredients are combined.
- Spoon out mixture into oven safe dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining Asiago on top.
- Bake in oven for approximately 12-15 minutes or until the cheese ontop is nice and brown, and you can see some bubbling on the outside of the dish. A trick is to stick a small knife or fork right in the middle and if the dip feels loose, and the utensil is hot to touch you dip is ready to go.
Serve with some awesome crackers or cruncy garlic crustini and you are set for an “everyone-needs-this-recipe-after-the-party” style dip!
