This was my lunch at Cicarelli’s in Fremantle, Perth Australia.
Australia has some of the most amazing fresh seafood opportunities. It sincerely takes the idea of “Fish and Chips” to a whole new level!
Feeling like Grilled fish today, I had three fillets of fish that were lightly seasons with a nice crispy fry on the outside. A nice fresh salad and some yummy hot chips! With a little tartare sauce off to the side, and the ocean straight beside me, this lovely treat was definitely a great start to Perth!
