My Great Aussie BBQ prepared by my amazing tour guides going to the Rock (Ayers Rock or Uluru) in Central Australia.
The classic Aussie grill consists of just about as much meat and salads as you can possibly imagine. Check out their grills though… they tend to use a flat bed for their sausages <”Snags” as they refer to them> and will also have a side of nice Caramelized onions. Wrap it up in a butter piece of everyday bread and top it off with some tomato sauce… it is a tradition I’m certainly going to miss!
